​​Staff at our Seattle office speak English and German and are ready to offer their expert advice on operating your rental RV plus some great local knowledge of local campgrounds and how to get the most out of your motorhome road trip.

Our Seattle location leaves you within easy reach of the National and State Parks in the Northwest of the USA and heading north to Canada is another option. There are grocery outlets, convenience stores and gas stations all close by to our rental location.

Just a reminder that vehicle pick-up times are between 12.30 pm and 4 pm and vehicle drop-offs starts at 8 am and needs to be completed by 10:30 am. 

To book the complimentary transfer (see details below) please call us two to three days ahead or at the latest on the day that you are scheduled to collect your vehicle - transfer hours are between 11 am and 1 pm.  

Transfers are available by request only and must be reserved via the Road Bear online check-in at least 14 days in advance of the first rental day and confirmed by the branch.

Transfer will not be made available if the check-in is not completed 14 days prior to the first rental day. Transfers are not available from any location that is not listed on the check-in page.

Transfers can be scheduled from select gateway airport hotels and some public transportation points. Many airports only allow for drop off but not pick up.

Customers with reserved transfers must contact the branch 4 days prior to the first rental day to schedule the shuttle pick up time.

Transfers do not apply for Britz bookings.

For a Saturday pick up time, please call the branch 3 days before as the branch closes at 1:00 PM.
