Booking Confirmations
All bookings will be confirmed via email within one to two business days. If your requested model, location or dates are not available, we will suggest, if possible, alternative routes and/or dates. Note: Road Bear RV has the right to cancel any online bookings within two business days.

Factors impacting Quote
When you request a quote, keep in mind that rental rates vary depending on the following:

• What model of motorhome you select
• How many days you rent the motorhome
• The direction of your one way booking request
• How many miles you travel with the motorhome
• In which season you rent (summer rates are highest - winter rates are lowest)
• Minimum Rental
  - 3 nights (longer minimum may apply for holidays and/or special events)
  - 7 nights (for one-way rentals)
• Which optional extras you whish to add, such as our convenience kits (most comprehensive list of items in the industry), camping chairs, Wifi hotspot (incl 1.5 GB) or SLI (supplemental liability insurance).
