Complimentary Shuttles

All rental stations offer complimentary shuttle service from certain Airport Hotels and to most International Airports.

Allowed are 1 suitcase and 1 carry on per person. No oversized items such as bicycles or surf boards can be transported.

Please note that you will not be able to pick up your RV the same day you arrived on an intercontinental flight or from South America.

Transfer Information

Shuttle transfers are available by request only and must be reserved through the Road Bear RV online check-in at least 14 days prior to the first rental day.

If the check-in is not completed 14 days prior, shuttle transfers will not be available. Transfers are only available from locations listed on the check-in page.

You can schedule transfers from select gateway airport hotels and some public transportation points. Note that many airports allow drop-off only, not pick-up. Guests with reserved transfers must contact the branch 1 to 2 days before the first rental day to schedule the shuttle pick-up time.
